Caring For Your Jewelry
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Between professional servicing, most gold and platinum jewelry can be maintained with gentle cleaners. Examine your jewelry regularly to make sure settings are snug and clasps and joinings are secure. Avoid jewelry contact with harsh chemicals like perfumes and bleach that will cause your metal to discolor and corose.

Protect your jewelry from impact against hard surfaces and avoid abrasive surfaces. Even a diamond can chip if hit with enough force or at just the right angle.

To clean diamonds, use a mild solution and apply with a soft bristle brush. A Philip Sonic toothbrush works great with some gentle soap (DO NOT USE TOOTHPASTE)!

Services & Repair
Jewelry by nature is delicate. We are happy to repair an item purchased from us at no charge within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style. We will confirm the repair needed and costs via email.
Returns
